Key requirements: Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding accounts, invoices, payments, and services. Process customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns. Contact customers regarding past-due balances and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, billing activities, and collection efforts. Process payments and apply credits accurately within the accounting system. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Duration: 6 - 8 weeks
