SummaryMeta is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Operations & Maintenance Lead will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through maintenance planning, asset management, document control and standard compliance management.Required SkillsOperations & Maintenance Lead Responsibilities:Manage assets through full life cycle and maintain associated master dataUse the global maintenance library requirements to develop campus-wide maintenance plans in the Enterprise Asset Management System (Hexagon EAM)Serve as the local Administrator role for the EAM tool and serve as the primary point of contact for the centralized tooling support teamFacilitate and help manage compliance to operational standardsCoordinate the development, review and approval of all operating proceduresManage corrective actions for a variety of processes at the campus level by ensuring timely tasking and closeoutCollaborate with operational and technical teams to plan and schedule preventative and corrective work throughout the campusMonitor maintenance schedules and related work management metrics for adherence to compliance windowsCollaborate with centralized teams to manage spare partsProvide training for and maintain data health in Hexagon EAM toolSupport audits conducted by outside regulatory agencies (Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), etc.)Work with construction partners to ensure asset tagging and equipment attribute collection is accurate and aligns with written requirementsAnalyze performance metrics and maintenance/operations data to identify trends, and implement continuous improvement strategiesLead maintenance and operations optimization initiatives to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall site performanceMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in an industry that includes operations & maintenanceAssociate's degree in related field plus 5+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of 7+ years experienceProficient using word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation softwareFamiliarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and their application to work ordersExperience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management softwareDemonstrated partnership and communication skillsWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical and life safety monitoring and control systemsExperience in collaborating and influencing teams to execute coordinated plans and activitiesPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience3+ years of experience in a critical operations environment4+ years' of experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large‑scale, complex systems in an operations environmentExperience using Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systemBachelor's or Associates degree in a related fieldPublic Compensation$114,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustryInternetEqual OpportunityMeta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
