Whether you want to lead more, innovate more, learn more or create more, you can find your more with Mohawk.ResponsibilitiesPull products (bulk pallets using forklift or individual boxes manually), ranging from one small piece of flooring to a whole pallet, and transport from warehouse to docks using a lift.Pick product from rack locations.Perform cycle counts for picking and bulk locations.Audit pallets to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including participating in the Zero Contact Forklift Program through daily inspection of powered industrial equipment.Operate stretch wrap machine.Attend any job‑related training deemed necessary by supervision.Follow all established standard operating procedures.Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.Perform other tasks assigned by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Ability to become certified on all types of lift equipment (fork, reach truck, cherry picker).Ability to operate on‑board RF equipment preferred.SkillsBasic PC skills for data entry and familiarity with use of email.Basic arithmetic skills.Good attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively, productively and professionally with team members, other departments, and external drivers.Must be able to work independently, without constant supervision.Excellent attendance, including punctuality, required.Must be an effective team member.Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift 50–80 lbs throughout the entire shift.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach for long periods of time.Must be willing and able to work any shift or amount of hours deemed necessary by management.Mohawk Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteran committed to an inclusive workplace and a proud Drugs Don't Work participant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
